During the pandemic, gaps in coping were illuminated (and magnified); the approaches that allowed people to “get by” became increasingly ineffective as stress intensified. These workshops will serve as a universal (Tier I) support to all parents/caregivers. Equipped with a foundational understanding of how their nervous system responds to stressors, participants will be able to make better choices for themself and their family to neutralize stress responses and become more regulated.
