Stress...

it often feels like it's in control.

If you’re like most, you weren’t taught how to navigate stress, so you’ve likely been figuring it out as you go. A little meditation here, maybe some breathing exercises... but not knowing how to address the issue can add even more stress!

The thing is: stress is a part of life. But it doesn’t have to impact your quality of life.

If you're like most of my clients...

You're here because you are tired of juggling all the stressors thrown at you.
Your stress is impacting you in multiple ways.
You yearn to have a sense of calm and flexibility in your day-to-day life.

The cost of letting stress take over your life is expensive.

Choosing to not address your stress can negatively impact your:
- physical health
- mental health
- relationships with others

- performance and productivity in school, career, and other life domains

Maybe you've experienced some or all of these. Just know that you are not alone, and the solution to a stress less life is easier than you think!

"With less stress, my intentions and goals became clearer and I learned to speak more kindly to myself."

"Before I joined the challenge, I was constantly waking up with anxiety in the morning because I felt pressured by all the things I had to do during the day. I was not motivated to chase after my goals, and I couldn't put my finger on "why" each day was difficult to get through. Once I began the program, I felt redirected and re-ignited in my journey. I was able to define where I was struggling through self-awareness and use coping skills that worked for me to bring my stress levels down. With less stress, my intentions and goals became clearer and I learned to speak more kindly to myself. I find myself going back to the practices Lynn teaches often, whether I've fallen out of touch with my routine or doing well: she is the best stress-proofer out there and I am so grateful to have had her as my guide!"

How can I point out stress in my life?

The way stress can appear looks different for everyone.
But the most common symptoms of stress include:

- muscle tension
- unexplained aches and pains
- engaging in unwanted behaviors (i.e., mindless scrolling, emotional eating)
- sleep disturbances
- mood changes (i.e., overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, shut down)
- decreased motivation and productivity
- racing thoughts or foggy brain

If you experience these symptoms on a daily or weekly basis, you've come to the right place!

I'm ready to stress less!
Introducing

21 Days to Less Stress

The 3 core pillars of our program are:

  • Emotional awareness - this goes beyond naming feelings, learning to scale the intensity is critical to stress management. After all, what is needed to reduce mild stress is much different than what is needed to reduce overwhelming stress, but awareness is always the starting point.

  • Consistent action - this program is not prescriptive in saying you have to do ___ set of practices (i.e., exercise 3x per week). But we will tell you consistent action is required (daily is best). We will guide you to consider life areas to target (sleep, exercise, nutrition, social support, physical health, mental health, mindfulness), then you pick what works best for you. FUNDAMENTAL TO OUR PROGRAM IS THE BELIEF THAT EACH PERSON IS THE EXPERT OF THEMSELF.

  • Having a plan - we call it a “stress strategy”. This action plan will help you engage in the DESIRED stress reduction behaviors based on YOUR stress. Stress is a dynamic, unique experience, and your plan should be as well. Furthermore, having a documented, visible plan will increase likelihood of you taking the appropriate action towards reducing stress (and extinguishing undesirable action).

There isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to managing stress.

Create a stress strategy, and never feel like you have to be stuck on stress again. You’ll learn what you need to know to get unstuck and move through stress.

All 21 Day program participants will have lifetime access to:

  • Our online course: each of the 21 modules alone are 20 minutes or less (or up to 45 minutes if you do the recommended daily activities) with resources for additional learning opportunities. Modules include video and audio lessons, worksheets, and suggested resources for continued learning.
  • The online community (within the same platform) for support and guidance
  • Monthly virtual gatherings via Zoom (Including Q&A sessions, as well as skill building and grounding activities)

All this for a one time investment of $97!

Let's Take Down Stress Together!

Are you wondering…what is actually in this program? I don’t blame ya!

Here is a breakdown of the 21 Days to Less Stress program:

  • We begin and end with goals - it’s important to define what you want to accomplish!
  • The first step in reducing stress is to know it exists, so we will walk through the importance of checking in with yourself daily and the multiple ways to do it!
  • Setting the stage for the bulk of our work is helping you understand what is a stress response. You’ll identify your stressors and describe in depth how you experience stress so you can 1) catch it early and 2) ACTUALLY change it.
  • You will develop a STRESS STRATEGY: your personal plan to manage stressors AND regulate stress responses.

With the foundation built, we move into the following topics:

  • Fun/play
  • Movement
  • Nutrition
  • Mindfulness
  • Mental Health
  • Relationships
  • Connection
  • Compassion
  • Emotional Contagion
  • Routines
  • Boundaries
  • What it means to be stuck on stress

I know it seems like A LOT to cover, but I give you just the basics of what you need to know. During our gatherings and within the community we can go as deep as you need on any of these topics, and I hope you take advantage of that time. That is how the material comes to life.

“I am very clear that if I don't take care of myself, how can I support the people who depend on me?”
