In simplest terms, EFT is like acupressure for your emotions. It helps you remove blockages, process emotions, and improve your quality of life. EFT is often used to change negative feelings, reduce distressing and/or self-limiting thoughts, and alter repetitive unwanted behaviors. It is also commonly used to create positive emotional states, achieve desired goals and attain higher states of health, well-being and resilience. Lynn’s speciality is stress, anxiety, and trauma responses. To work with Lynn, you'll first receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation to see if EFT is a good fit for you. If so, a complimentary 30-minute session will be scheduled to develop goals. 60-minute session(s) are determined between you and Lynn ($200/session).
