For me, holiday stress shows up as: feeling overwhelmed and resentful, doing everything last-minute, racing thoughts (my to-do list is on loop in my head), an over-scheduled calendar, and sometimes a “bah-humbug'' attitude. 

I Don't Want Stress This Holiday!

Your stress probably looks a little different, but can typically be described in terms of undesirable:


Feelings (frustrated, overwhelm, numb, irritable)

Thoughts (foggy brain, racing thoughts, ruminating)

Behaviors (not taking action, disorganized action, unwanted behaviors)

Physical sensations (muscle tension, fatigue, symptoms not explained by medical condition)

But stress shows up in ways we can't always see.


Simply by reducing your stress (however it shows up), you will begin finding your way back to:
