If you are experiencing any feelings of being stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck, the 21 Day Stress Less Challenge is for YOU! Throughout this challenge, Lynn will teach you what you need to know about stress so you can improve how you cope with stress to ACTUALLY stress LESS.
This challenge is designed to be completed in about 20-45 minutes per day (the content will take 5-15 minutes to review, while associated activities require a little longer). Participants will learn (an overview of) what stress is, be provided with the opportunity to reflect on their own stress, and encouraged to practice tools to help reduce stress in their life.
